The FIT Marathon/Half Marathon Program is optimally engineered for:
- people who run or walk 10-25 miles per week and want to complete their first marathon (26.2 miles) or half marathon (13.1 miles) race
- those who have completed one or two marathons or half marathons and desire to be better prepared or able to make the experience more enjoyable or to qualify for the Boston Marathon
- veteran marathoners intending to train intelligently in order to improve their finish time

It’s never too early or too late to join. You can start anytime at a prorated cost. Additional programs are available for individuals who prefer to train alone and for small groups who prefer to train separately.
