friendly." As more people become aware of
the benefits that come from a structured walking
program, more will enjoy the benefits of regular
exercise including but not limited to:
weight reduction and management, stress reduction
and management, increased bone density, enhanced
stamina and endurance, more flexibility, improved
cardiovascular conditioning, and better self-esteem.
The FIT
Walking Program is designed especially for:
- beginners who want to start
a walking program

people
who enjoy walking to improve and maintain personal fitness
- experienced walkers who desire to
increase the distance that they can walk and/or improve their finish times
- beginners who want to train
walking before starting a running program

It’s never too early or too late to join. You can start anytime at a prorated cost.
Additional programs are available for individuals who prefer to train alone and for small groups who prefer to train separately. Training programs and coaching services are also available via e-mail and telephone.
