The FITNESS IN TRAINING Program F IT is proven and successful as it’s designed for the individual, thus providing each participant a training program tailored to his or her own schedule, ability, and ambition.

The F IT Program is designed to empower each participant to continually achieve incremental improvements -we climb a ladder most efficiently one step at a time, which is also the most effective approach to improve our  level of fitness.

The
FIT Program is ideally suited for anyone who desires to improve his or her cardiovascular conditioning, running speed, stamina and/or endurance; muscular strength, balance, agility, and/or overall health and well-being.
