The Soccer Speed and Conditioning Program is designed to allow each athlete to develop soccer-specific skills geared toward his or her own ability, thus each individual can methodically advance to become the very best he or she can be. Group sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length and can be held outdoors in season or indoors at St Francis Sports Medicine, 801 SW Fairlawn Rd. Sessions include a variety of exercises designed to minimize redundancy and injury risk, and maximize performance improvement while keeping all athletes active and engaged the entire session. Coach Estes has extensive soccer-speed, strength, and conditioning experience; training elementary, mid-high, senior high, and collegiate athletes, in addition to serving as a local high school track and cross country coach. Training is available for individuals, small groups, and entire teams.

TESTIMONIALS
"I have been attending
training and conditioning with Tony Estes for many years. I go to get
in shape for soccer, and continue going throughout the season to stay in
shape. I am always able to run longer, and my endurance has improved
after training. Tony has helped me increase my speed as well. He
has helped me to build muscle through weightlifting, and improved my balance
with core exercises. Tony has been a huge help with preparing me for
the soccer season. Overall, my abilities as a soccer player and an
athlete in general have improved very much through training and conditioning
with Tony Estes." Kiley, Age 15
"My legs got stronger and I felt
like I was quicker off my feet."
