  • people who run or walk 10-25 miles per week and want to complete their first marathon (26.2 miles) or half marathon (13.1 miles) race
  • those who have completed one or two marathons or half marathons and desire to be better prepared or able to make the experience more enjoyable or to qualify for Boston
  • veteran marathoners intending to train intelligently in order to improve their finish time

The FIT RUNNERS Marathon/Half Marathon Program provides:

  • Low, mid, and high mileage plans designed for your level of ability and fitness
