  • people who enjoy running or walking to improve and maintain personal fitness
  • experienced runners and walkers who desire   to improve their finish times

 The FIT RUNNERS 5K/10K Program provides:

  • Low, mid, and high mileage plans designed for your level of ability and fitness
  • Precise information on how you should perform each workout
  • Training logs to chart your progress and serve as a reference for future planning
  • Schedules designed for individuals to train solo, with others, and/or our group

SATURDAY GROUP RUNS FEATURING:

  • Multiple pace groups to train at your level
  • Mentors to lead the pace groups
  • Safe and scenic routes of varied terrain
  • Marked courses with mile markers
  • Aid Stations with water and sports drinks

It’s never too early or too late to join. You can start ANYTIME at a prorated cost as YOUR schedule allows you to train for YOUR own goals.  Individualized training programs are also available for individuals who prefer to train alone and for small groups who prefer to train separately.
